I. General provisions
1. The Programme is organised by the following company: UNI-FORM Piotr Zdzieńkowski, Łagiewnicka 54/56, 91-465 Łódź NIP 947-122-32-24, represented by – Piotr Zdzieńkowski – owner of WILLA NA CICHEJ at ul. Cicha 2 , 58-580 Szklarska Poręba.,
2. The program is addressed to people who have made a reservation by contacting the reservation department or manager directly and at least twice in a given calendar year were guests Willa Na Cichej. On the third stay, the Guest receives a Loyalty Card and automatically purchases a discount.
II. Conditions for joining the Programme
1. The program is open to any adult person who, being a guest of Willa Na Cichej, signed a statement of willingness to participate in the program and consent to the processing of their personal data for correspondence and marketing purposes;
2. The confirmation of the Guest's joining the program is Loyalty Card;
3. The card is sent by traditional mail to the correspondence address provided in the statement or handed over at the reception desk during check-in activities;
4. The Card has a registration number and can be used only by the Card owner, the person to whom the Card has been assigned;
5. The Card is not a credit or debit card;
6. The card is valid indefinitely.*
7. In order to maintain the status of a Regular Customer and the validity of the card, you must stay at Willa Na Cichej at least 2 times a year.
III. Principles of operation of the Programme
1. Program participants receive special, lower prices for accommodation services provided at Willa Na Cichej.
a. The Card entitles the Card holder to: 10% discount on hotel services (from the basic price list); The discount does not apply to special offers.
2. The condition for obtaining the discount is to provide the penalty number at the time of booking and to present it on the day of arrival.
3. The discount applies to only 1 room at a time, inhabited by a Regular Guest;
4. The discount cannot be transferred to third parties - in particular when making reservations for other people or when booking more than one room;
5. The discount cannot be combined in any way with other special offers.
6. Joining the program is free of charge, provided that you accept these regulations.
IV. Personal data
1. By joining the loyalty program, the participant agrees to the processing of their personal data only for the purpose of making the reservation and for marketing purposes (in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997 on the Protection of Personal Data). The participant has the right to inspect and update their personal data or request their removal.
V. Final provisions
1. UNI-FORM Piotr Zdzieńkowski reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Card program. All information about changes along with the currently applicable regulations will be posted on the websites of https://nacichej.com.pl/

3. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the Organizer is the decisive party.
