Terms of Conditions

§ 1 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

1.  The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, responsibility and staying at the Villa on Cicha and is an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing a registration card, as well as by making a reservation or paying a deposit or the entire amount due for the stay in the facility. By performing the above-mentioned activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the regulations.

2.   The Regulations apply to all guests staying at Willa Na Cichej.

3. The Regulations are available for inspection on the website www.nacichej.com.pl, in the office of the building manager, in common areas in Willa Na Cichej.

§ 2 HOTEL DAY

1.   The room in the facility is rented for days or a date booked in advance.

2.   The hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00

3.  A request to extend the hotel day should be reported to the facility manager no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If there is currently no Manager in the property, the Guest is asked to contact the Reservation Department. The request to extend the stay may not be taken into account in the case of using all beds (rooms) or in the case of guests who do not comply with the applicable regulations.

4. Payment for the stay takes place on the day of arrival, during the Guest's check-in, at the latest the next day at the office or by making a prepayment.

5.  In the event of resignation from the stay in Willa Na Cichej during its duration, the fee for his stay is not refunded.

§ 3 RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN

1.      CHECK-IN OF HOTEL GUESTS:

a)  Willa Na Cichej in Szklarska Poręba accepts people with a document confirming identity, after prior reservation.

b)    The person making the reservation is obliged to pay a deposit for the costs of stay in the amount of 30% of the total amount of stay within 7 days of making the reservation, or 3 days from making the reservation if it is a reservation at short notice. The Reservations Department will confirm the reservation by e-mail. The e-mail will contain the bank account number, the title of the payment and its exact value. Lack of payment of the deposit within the above-mentioned period is tantamount to automatic cancellation of the reservation. In order to avoid such situations, it is possible to send to e-mail: biuro@nacichej.com.pl confirmation of the bank transfer.

c)  Willa Na Cichej reserves the right to withdraw from the contract against the return of deposits paid so far, if the performance of the contract becomes impossible or significantly hindered for reasons beyond the control of the Villa. In this case, the person booking the stay is not entitled to any claims against Willa Na Cicha, except for the claim for the return of the deposit paid for the stay.

d)   in the event of cancellation of the reservation or non-arrival of the Guest, within the agreed period Willa Na Cichej reserves the right to keep the deposit paid in full.

e)  if the Guest leaves earlier, no refund is given for unused meals and accommodation.

2.    Guests who are not registered in the Villa can stay in the room from 8:00 to 22:00. These persons are not entitled to eat breakfast in the dining room and use other privileges of Willa Na Cichej guests (bike rental, etc.).

3.  It is possible to stay an extra person in the hotel room for an additional fee. All information on this subject will be provided by the Manager on the spot or by phone to the Reservation Department.

4. The facility may refuse to accept a Guest who during the previous stay grossly violated the regulations of the facility causing damage on behalf of Willa Na Cicha or Guests or damage to the person of Guests, employees or other persons staying in the facility or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of guests or the functioning of the facility.

5.  If the Guest does not show up within the previously booked date, Willa na Cichej will cancel the reservation after one day. In this case, the deposit is not refundable.

6.      Please note that Willa na Cichej does not accept pets.

§ 4 SERVICES

1.      Willa na Cichej provides services in accordance with its category and standard.

2.  In case of reservations regarding the provision of services, the Guest is asked to report them to the employee of Willa na Cicha as soon as possible, which will enable immediate reaction.

3.     Children from 0 to 2 years (without benefits) stay free of charge.

4.     Children aged 12 and over are treated as adults, paying full price.

5.     The property is obliged to provide:

a)      Conditions for full and unrestricted rest of the Guest,

b)      Security of stay, including the security of maintaining the secrecy of information about the Guest,

c)      professional and courteous service in the scope of services provided,

d)      Perform the necessary repair of devices during the Guest's absence, and in his presence only if he wishes. Technically efficient service; in the event of defects that cannot be remedied, the Accommodation will endeavour to replace the room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience where possible.

6.     In addition, at the Guest's request, the Facility provides the following services free of charge:

a)      providing information related to the stay and travel,

b)  storing luggage of a guest who has a reservation in the villa (both before the start of the hotel day and after its expiry),

c)  Free, monitored parking - for cars, motorcycles and vans occupying one parking space.

 

§ 5 BREAKFAST

1.    Breakfasts at Willa Na Cichej are served from 8:00 to 10:00.

2.    During breakfast in the form of a Swedish buffet it is forbidden to take food and drinks out of the restaurant.

3.  It is possible to prepare packed lunches for the road, instead of breakfast. If guests go on a trip or leave the facility, they can report it to the Manager or another employee of Willa Na Cichej until 3 p.m. Such a request results in the preparation of food and leaving it in the fridge, in the kitchenette on the 1st floor.

4. There is a kitchenette on the 1st floor around the clock. The annex includes, among others: microwave, kettle, two refrigerators, coffee, tea, sugar. In the cabinets there are glasses, cups, bowls, plates, cutlery. In addition, in the annex there are spare rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags.

 

§ 6 RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS 

1.Each time leaving the room, the Guest should turn off the taps of the plumbing system and check the closing of the door.

2. Children under 12 years of age should be in Willa Na Cichej under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially liable for damage caused by children.

3. The guest of the villa bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices in Willa Na Cichej, caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. Willa Na Cichej reserves the right to charge the Guest with a fine for all damages to the property of Willa Na Cichej resulting from his fault.

4.  In Willa Na Cichej, both in the rooms and in the common areas, there is a total ban on smoking tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned ban may result in the imposition of a fine of PLN 500 for costs related to the dearomatization of the room.

5.   In case of losing the key to the hotel room by the Guest, Willa Na Cichej reserves the right to charge the Guest with the amount of PLN 100. Willa Na Cichej will issue the Guest a replacement key only after paying this fee.

6.     Each time leaving the room, the Guest should turn off the taps of the plumbing system and check the closing of the door.

7.   The hotel guest may not transfer the key or room to third parties, even if the period for which he paid the due fee for the stay has not expired.

8.  When leaving the Willa Na Cichej building, do not lock the entrance door. After closing the door – the door slams itself and to enter again you need to open the door with the key.

9.    Locking the exit door with a key may interfere with the proper operation of Willa Na Cichej – people arriving late in the evening or at night receive a password to the handle, if the door is locked, it is not possible to enter with a code.

§ 7 LIABILITY OF THE HOTEL

1.  Willa Na Cichej is liable for loss or damage to items brought by persons using hotel services only to the extent specified by the provisions of the Civil Code.

3.  Willa Na Cichej provides free, monitored parking spaces on the property. However, it is not a guarded parking lot, so it is not responsible for damage and loss of the car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it and live animals, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in the parking lot or outside the Villa.

4. It is forbidden to make the parking space belonging to Willa Na Cichej available to visitors and strangers.

§ 8 RETURN OF ITEMS LEFT BEHIND

1.    Personal belongings, left in the hotel room by the departing Guest, will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at his expense.

2. If the Guest does not receive an instruction to send back the left items, the Villa will store the above items for a period not longer than 1 week, and after this time these items will become the property of the Villa on Cicha Street or will be disposed of. Groceries are not stored.

§ 9 CURFEW

1.     Willa Na Cichej is quiet from 22:00 to 6:00 in the morning.

2.  During the curfew, non-registered persons are not allowed in the hotel room. In the event of a person not entitled to do so, Willa Na Cichej reserves the right to charge a fee according to the tariff for a fully paid adult, even if it is a person under 12 years of age.

3.   In the event of a breach of quiet hours, after a maximum of three interventions of the staff, Willa Na Cichej reserves the right to immediately expel the Guest from the facility.

§ 11 COMPLAINTS

1. Guests have the right to lodge complaints in case of noticing deficiencies in the quality of services provided. The complaint should be submitted immediately after noticing deficiencies in the standard of services provided.

2.  All complaints are accepted by the Reservation Department and the Manager. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail (Reservation Department) or in writing (Manager). Within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, we will consider its legitimacy.

3.  Reservations from the special offers tab - in case of cancellation of the stay are not refundable or change the date. All special offers are available on the website https://nacichej.com.pl/oferty-specjalne/

4. Deposits paid for a standard reservation (which is not a special offer) are subject to the possibility of changing the date within 14 days before the planned arrival. In case of complete cancellation of the stay, the deposit is non-refundable.

§ 12 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

1. In the Willa Na Cichej in Szklarska Poręba it is forbidden to use electrical or gas appliances that are not included in the room's equipment.

2.  Guests of Willa Na Cichej are obliged to comply with fire regulations, health and safety and order ordinances. It is forbidden to use open fire in Willa Na Cichej.

3.     Willa Na Cichej does not accept pets.

4.  Willa Na Cichej has a total ban on smoking tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes.

5.   Dangerous goods – weapons, ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials – cannot be stored in hotel rooms.

6.    It is forbidden to conduct canvassing and door-to-door sales on the premises of Willa Na Cichej.

7.   It is forbidden to make excessive noise in the Villa, cause unpleasant odors or other things that disturb, harm or irritate other hotel guests.

8.    Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the hotel rooms and their equipment, except for a slight rearrangement of furniture and equipment that does not affect their functionality and safer use. In the event of acceptable changes, the Guest is obliged to restore its original appearance before leaving the room.

9. The management of Willa Na Cichej reserves the right to its own interpretation of these Regulations

10.The Guest agrees to the processing of personal data for the purposes of check-in and placing the Guest's data in the facility database in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data (Dz.U. No. 101 of 2002, item 926 of późn.zm.). The Guest has the right to inspect their personal data and to correct them.

 

11.The court competent to settle disputes between the Guest and Willa na Cichej is the District Court in Jelenia Góra.

 

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Dz. UE L 119 of 04.05.2016) informs that:

3.  Your personal data will be processed in order to accept the reservation of stay, carry out the registration procedure in the guesthouse and use hotel services in the "Willa na Cichej" facility - pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (Dz. EU L 119 of 04.05.2016),

4.   the recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and entities participating in the provision of services,

6.      Your personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years,

7.      you have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing and the right to transfer data,

9.     Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to provide the service / contract.
